Veroscopo was built
on a single observation.
Smart leaders, in well-run organisations,
persistently make poor decisions.
Not from lack of intelligence. From a gap between the quality of thinking the situation demands, and the quality of thinking that actually happens.
That gap is invisible
until it isn't
It shows up as recurring problems, hesitation at critical moments, strategies that crack under pressure, and decisions the team is quietly unsure about but cannot quite name why.
Veroscopo exists to close that gap.
The founding conviction
The quality of your thinking determines the quality of your decisions.
The quality of your decisions determines the quality of your results.
Most consulting works on results. Some work on decisions. Almost none works on the thinking that produces both.
That is where Veroscopo operates and that is why the work continues to compound long after an engagement ends.
Who we
work for
CEOs, founders and senior leaders carrying decisions where the stakes are high and the obvious answer is usually the wrong one.
Leadership teams stuck in recurring strategic discussions that never quite resolve.
Organisations done with firefighting, quick fixes, and “more of the same”.
If the situation is genuinely complex, and you sense that better answers will only come from better thinking, this is the right room.

Founder. Executive consultant. Certified Red Team Thinking practitioner.
Across more than thirty years and many organisations, Luc's work has stayed focused on a single thing: helping leaders step back, challenge their own assumptions, surface blind spots, and move toward sharper decisions.
His role is not to deliver ready-made answers. It is to create the conditions where the right questions get asked, and where the answers a leadership team finds together are stronger than anything an outside expert could deliver alone.

He works with leaders carrying questions like:
- What are we not seeing yet?
- Why does this problem keep coming back?
- Are we ready for this decision?
- How do we create real alignment in the leadership team — not just polite agreement?
Luc's background spans consulting, facilitation, executive coaching and leadership development across sectors and geographies. He holds a Gold Certificate in Red Team Thinking — a discipline largely known in military and intelligence contexts, and rarely applied at this depth in corporate decision-making.

A different kind of partnership
Most consulting business models depend on the client coming back. Veroscopo's business model is the opposite: success is measured by how quickly you no longer need us for the work we did together.
That is not a slogan. It is a structural choice that aligns our incentives with yours, from the first conversation.
